synthiabot provides an AI customer-service chat widget for websites. You upload knowledge-base documents, we answer your visitors' questions based on them. Plans are billed monthly via Paddle: Starter $29, Growth $79, Scale $199, each with a monthly conversation quota.
2. Free Trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
3. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for spam, deception, or any illegal purpose. You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and for complying with the laws of your visitors' jurisdictions.
5. AI-Generated Answers
Answers are generated by AI based on your documents and may occasionally be inaccurate. We are not liable for decisions your visitors make based on chatbot answers.
