1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. We also collect the documents you upload to your knowledge base and the conversations visitors have with your chat widget.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the synthiabot service: operating your AI chat widget, processing payments via Paddle, and communicating with you about your account. Your knowledge-base documents are used solely to answer your website visitors.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service: Paddle (payments), Google (OAuth sign-in), and our hosting infrastructure. AI-generated answers are produced by third-party language models; your documents are sent to them solely to generate responses for your visitors.
4. Data Security
Each customer's documents are isolated by organization. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restrict server access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your documents, widget configuration, and personal information within 30 days.
